What does Four Gate Alpha provide?
General investment research, model ETF allocations and ranked stock selections. The website does not manage accounts or execute trades.
What does joining the list cost?
Nothing. Joining the email list is not a subscription purchase. Founding members receive six months of free access to the 4D Stock Picker when the subscription service launches.
How often do signals update?
The operational update is scheduled for Friday at 7pm Eastern after the market close. Each completed signal applies to the next trading session, normally Monday.
What are the three sleeves?
The portfolio is divided into three rotating portions. One updates each week, while the other two retain their earlier allocations. A cohort normally holds for three weeks.
How do the five stock tiers differ?
ETF Base, Core, Balanced, Growth and Full Stock blend the stock-selection and ETF endpoints. Their stock weights depend on the market state; the current dashboard shows the applicable model weights.
Are the performance results actual account returns?
No. They are hypothetical backtest and model results with the stated costs and assumptions. Actual execution, whole-share rounding, taxes and cash balances can change investor outcomes.
Why are bitcoin and currencies in the defensive basket?
The reserve can draw on different asset types when they qualify under the trend rules. Defensive describes their role in the allocation, not a guarantee of low volatility or protection from loss.
Does the backtest use ETF prices from before inception?
Legacy ETFs use modeled proxy history where stated. FXF and IBIT use only actual ETF history and require 200 sessions before eligibility.
How are whole shares sized?
The sizing tool compares rounding up and down around each model target, subject to the budget and model cash reserve. It seeks to reduce security and stock-versus-ETF allocation differences. Reference closes are estimates, not live execution prices.
